This Star Max electric griddle has snap-action thermostatic control from 150 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit providing quick responses to surface temperature change. The griddle surface is ultra-smooth 1" polished steel for even heat distribution and fast recovery. This Star Max electric griddle includes grease trough, grease chute, tapered splash guard, grease drawer and heavy duty 4" adjustable legs. The item operates on 208 listed or 240 and may be wired for operation in the field for either 1-phase or 3-phase power supplies by making line connections at the junction box at the rear of the unit. Product has 2 year parts and labor warranty.
