These Mirror Goof Rings & Ceiling Medallions conceal unfinished edges around various ceiling fixtures like recessed lighting, fans, fire alarms, and speaker plates. Ensure the 'OD' is at least 1" larger than the 'ID'. Note that custom goof rings are non-returnable. The flange/trim width is only half the difference between the OD and ID. For instance, an OD of 8" and ID of 5" yields a 1-1/2" wide flange/trim, not 3". These ready-to-install, mirror acrylic trim plates cover miscut or oversized ceiling openings for high hat lighting or J-box holes when installing security devices. They're suitable for Lithonia and Lotus LED lights. Sizes range from an inside ring diameter (hole) of 1/8" to 27" and an outside diameter of 2" to 29-1/2".
