Yoga at Annapolis

Learn to energize the mind, body, and spirit with this gentle, beginner-level yoga series with certified RYT-200, Jenlyn Meyers.  This restorative yoga class uses gentle, deep-stretching techniques and guided breath-work to awaken the muscles and invigorate the mind.  Its purpose is to teach techniques of mindfulness-based stress reduction and the fundamentals of bodily alignment in order to improve posture, assist with inner focus, and provide cognitive relief from everyday stressors.

Class Schedule:

  • Friday mornings from 6:30 am – 7:30 am beginning Aug. 12, 2016
  • Location: 3861 S. Staples St. – The Annapolis Art Center / Dance Studio
  • Classes will not be scheduled during holidays / breaks / campus closure
  • A portion of all proceeds from this class will benefit the ACA Warrior Scholarship Fund

Pricing Options:

  • Adults 18+: $12/class
  • Youth 12-17: $10/class
  • ACA Students (12-17): $8/class
  • ACA Faculty / Staff: FREE

Learn to improve flexibility and build static endurance in this weekly yoga class series taught by certified RYT-200 Jenlyn Meyers.  This high-intensity class is designed for individuals engaged in competitive sports or other rigorous athletic activity on a regular basis.  Its purpose is to challenge one’s physical capacities, assist with inner focus and stress relief, and improve flexibility.

Class Schedule:

  • Friday mornings from 4:00 pm – 5:00 pm beginning Aug. 12, 2016
  • Location: 3861 S. Staples St. – The Annapolis Art Center / Dance Studio
  • Classes will not be scheduled during holidays / breaks / campus closure
  • A portion of all proceeds from this class will benefit the ACA Warrior Scholarship Fund
